Here is an original pencil drawing I did of my sister, @allforthegood. It's an 11 x 14, pencil on paper. I used many different pencil leads to get the ranges of shading, from 2H to 8B. It took over 15 hours to draw this portrait.
My sister is such a beautiful person, inside and out. Her prayers and influence drew me to know God as I do now, through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. And she is a talented artist as well, doing top-notch graphic design work, which she features here on Steemit.
Currently, besides all her work as a graphic designer, she is raising four children on land in Arkansas that she and her husband, @bluerthangreen, purchased so they can live as homesteaders.

I've said it many times to many people about you Matt, you have a way of being able to take a medium and place a hand drawn or painted subject on it that rivals my pictures. I don't know how you do it, but then it doesn't matter, I just enjoy looking at your amazing work. God has given you a marvelous gift and you use it to the fullest in everything you do. Thank you..
