Digital painting in photoshop

as i said, may be i should work on different drawings at the same time to take the pressure off, so i did...
i opened up photoshop and i took a photo as reference to draw it but this photo is not the one that i wanted to draw.
well, i started with the sketch almost same as the reference photo but then i did just what i wanted to do....

and this is the result:
