I like to paint on occasion. I have never considered myself to be particularly good or talented. However, it's something that I enjoy doing once in a while. More so when I'm going through a tough time emotionally.
I made this piece towards the end of a very symbiotic relationship.
I wasn't happy, constantly bummed out, everything seemed grey, but there was always a spark inside of me.
I was too afraid to break away from someone who I knew wasn't good for me
For the longest time, I felt as if I wanted to scream, but my mouth wouldn't open.
Thankfully, I was able to face everything and rise.
