Inspired by Nature! This crackled artwork of mine...

....is like the ones before made with clay and I'm so happy about the result !
If you go on specialized artist supply stores of course you can find different kinds of modeling paste , structure paste, crackle medium, etc... and all of those are extremely expensive and impossible to afford especially when you like to work on big canvas like I often do !
So one day when i was working on another project with clay and i saw how it crackles ,I just thought , there must be a way to reproduce this on a canvas ! And there is!! 😃
Of course one might have to experiment a little with different quantities and types of acrylics , glue or binder or varnish, but this is so much fun to do . Also you sometimes get some unexpected results which look amazing and might inspire new techniques.

So I want to encourage all of you to sometimes often leave the common road and dare to create something new !
