To be honest, I rarely make plans regarding my art. I just try out different options until someone says: "That's cool! I want to have it."
That's a way to go:) I switch between these two possibilities, creating untill someone wants to have it and creating that someone already wants to have, haha:)

Yes, I tend to fail in trying to fulfill the expectations of others. So for me it's the first possibility most of the time.
