Hi friends, I just came up with this amazing idea of this new challenge which is editing one of my 35 mm film photos every day for 30 days, then share it with you and explain about my way of editing that picture I’m so excited to do this and I hope you all find it useful and get something from it lets start
This pic is taken with my Minolta himatic camera I believe about 4 month ago, I was walking up the valiasr street and this frame got my attention so I fetched my camera and took it.
I use KODAK color plus 200 expired 35 mm film and I pushed the ISO down to 100 and the reason is since expired films are less sensitive to light you need to lower the iso speed in order to get the correct exposer for the scene.
The film is developed by independent photography studio named darstudio and this is my scan from the lab.
Editing:
First I opened the raw camera editor in Photoshop and adjust the exposer, shadow and highlights then I added couple of hue and saturation layers with different blending modes to get more from the colors and then I sharpen some parts of the image then for the final touch I used carves and added more contrast and brightness so here is the final results.
