This year was very different for me in various aspects, but I think that what touched me the most was the celebration of the end of the year.
Commonly used to spend these holidays to a few hours of my hometown. Ever since I can remember I have gone to the house of my grandparents to spend the New Year there, with my aunts, my cousins etc.
But this year unfortunately by the crisis in the country, most of all for the problems in the economy that has suffered from Venezuela, I did not have the option to go.
And it was not for lack of money directly, was by not having it in cash. as at present, the cash is scarce, the majority of the transactions are made via online.
Our family had the money to go, but in the account, not what we carry with us in physical, we had no money but at the same time no.
I was very sad because tin to my grandparents and how they live very far away i don't see very often.
Also it was a tradition for me to receive the new year together as a family.
But this time it was not.
This christmas and new year were very different, strange and rare for me, was also very sad.
I hope that next year this will change and we can share as a family.
