Fun fact, clouds are part of a collection of things that are "scale invariant". It just means that any given feature in a cloud could be a few meters, or a kilometers. They look similar across scales.

Thanks for sharing your imagination with us Gric, it makes me curious about your life at the time these visions came out of your brush. Was there a lot of brutalist architecture in Vienna?

Most of the architecture in Vienna is not really "brutalist". But in Brno/Czech Republic where I spent the first 12 years of my life you can see lot of architectural crimes.

As a child, I always wondered how awesome it would be to jump or dip my hands into these tall and heavy looking clouds. I always imagined them as a somewhat sponge like :)

Painted?! Wow, just great! Clouds with self-occlusion seems to me extremely hard to paint and even less to render without a plugin in a DCC software. Congratulations, if that one of your early works i'm curious what you do now!?
