Looks like a few of these guys fell into the paint store.... this was a fun one to paint, really like how vibrant all the colors came out. I had initially painted this for my little bro, but when my dad saw it he hung it up and told my little bro he could come talk to him about it hahahahaha...... acrylic, ink pen, and markers/pens....
Heres the process...
Thanks for stopping by....

love how sketchy and loose your painting is even on a skateboard... you rock!
Thanks a lot... really love painting on these skateboards... and my dad likes "borrowing" them from me hahaha... i think he has 4 hanging up now
Wow!😊😊
I really like the artwork that brings positive ideas closer to people
Must be supported...
Thank you for your wonderful work
thanks again
Great work! I like your style alot :)
Thank you very much
How fun! What a cool board design. I dig that splatter technique, and your colors, and composition, and the illustrations themselves. Did you laminate it somehow to keep the elephants pasted down?

Thanks so much for checking out the art.... so once all the painting and line work is done, i will put usually 2-3 layers of a nice gloss wood seal. It gives it a ton of protection and it really seems to make the wood and the artwork pop out way more than the flat seal I used on my very first deck.... but you could prob skate it and it would last as long as if not longer than the normal graphic on a skate... and feel free to share away... thanks again for the love
beautiful painting, you kill it @gotmeens well-done
thanks a lot
I think your work @gotmeens and the application you provide them are fantastic. Just thinking that our art can be projected in all those places motivates me to continue learning more and more. I like!!
Thank you very much... it's a labor of love over here!
Saludos

This is so cool! I am a huge fan of loose painting with detailed linework overlaid.
Thank you... love to make a mess, and then pull a little order out of it all :)
A-freakin'-mazing. Love these decks you do. My lady adores elephants. She says they are one of the few animals that morn losses. Interesting to say the least. Anyways, great work, keep it up! Did you transfer the sketches some how so you didn't do them twice? Or did you just redraw?
Thanks so much... super crazy how little we know about animals.. or really how little we care to know. Elephants, orcas, dolphins, most types of whales... they have crazy brains and intelligence, and I think most ppls heads would explode if we could have a conversation with any of them... after i finish a sketch, i scan it then print it. Then ill use it as a stencil so i don't have to keep redrawing...that gets to be a pain in the ass hahahaha.. work smarter not harder!!
Amen!!!! Great work, no matter how it's done. I also agree, we would be blown away. I would love to have a conversation with am elephant or whale, or maybe a super old turtle! That would be a trip.
