Thought Provoking Digital Art - Contest

This post is inspired by a contest held by @xpilar. I found it interesting because you have to express your thoughts after looking at following digital art.

Passing through depths of ocean and reaching the light-scarred surface of the moon. Where the rings of Saturn shine with a soft light. High in the sky are the twelve bright stars of the Pleiades, twinkling gently with life, and nimbly following the swiftest whirling of Orion's spear.
Forth lies the silver cord, the moon on the far shore of Saturn, the dark spaces between the fiery core and the sparkling atmosphere. The dark hour ahead is not upon us yet.
And yet . . . time is shortened. We are nowhere near the last watch.
