Two sides

This photo I took from the house where I am living now. My flat is on the 5th floor and that is the first flat I am actually living in for such a long time. I cannot say I am feeling good there but as far as practical conditions are good there. It in a way motivates me too work harder, stay a bit longer up when I want to go to sleep so that I could buy and live in a place and where I would like to live.

One of the best things there is that I have this view here. I have taken several photos through the year of this, some are in colour but some are black and white.
This one I took when it was around 19pm I think and I made this black and white because I wanted to point out the contrast. I wanted to point out the two sides here, just like in everything I guess.

The sky is as bright as it can get, the river too and the houses but then lover you can see that it all get dark there. Just like in life you can easily walk one way but then somehow some way you walk into this unknown place, into this darkness maybe sometimes, where you can not see anything, just blindly follow your inner feeling and hope that the light will once again wait for you.
Came out to be a little poetic actually! But basically this is how i imagines this photo to look if we would need to describe it with words.
