Inspiration
Van Gogh is one of my main daily inspirations and here was a task to do something in a style everyone will understand. I thought that STEEM blockchain is real masterpiece and I guess it was the main @sndbox guys thought as well once they've announced this contest. So this here is ideal combination.
Sketching
Here was my first sketch. But I've found it is not so similar to Van Gogh portrait so I've done another one. Second try was more sucessfull.
I've combined it with the logo to check out what's happening. Understood nothing but still walked further. I am unstoppable. Even while sicking. Hopefully.
If you are like Mac and have time machine you could revert back in time and see how I've easily colored this genius portrait. Oh, I meant the portrait of Genius.
And then just used my pencil brush added those Gogh stylish strokes. I love them! Uniqness!
I am sure will not win the contest because there are many strong submissions expected. But it was fun to take part. Thanks a lot!

Wow, I love it! I love van Gogh's work (really want to make some master studies sometime). I wanted to join this contest as well, but simply couldn't find the time unfortunately. I hope I'll be able to join sometime in the future.

Yeah, contests are always interesting but time consuming :) this time I've tried to make it fast. Really spent not much so I will not be upset if I'll not win.
