En 2016 ya con el equipo de vuelta en la primera división dybala termina esa temporada con su mejor registro goleador con 13 goles y en ese mismo año Firma por la Juventus. equipo en el cual dybala se consagra mas como futbolista y consigue ganar títulos tanto de liga como copa de Italia con actuaciones muy destacadas como en 2017 en los cuartos de final de laUEFA Champions League ante en F.C Barcelona anotando un doblete en el primer partido de la serie , en ese mismo año disputa la final pero la pierde ante el Real Madrid
