You need to promise not to tell :)
Try and find something unique, that not everyone is doing and put your own spin on it.
This will trigger more people to resteem the post of their own choice, in-turn increasing your audience.
To put this into perspective I don't ask for a upvote, follow or resteem to enter.
People will want to participate for fun and reward without jumping through hoops.
This will leave a positive vibe and your followers should increase on the back of this as will the post payout.
