The main character, Dipper, has a Tall Cedars hat on. His sister has a Rainbow Girls shirt, and his uncle has on a Shriners hat.
One of the bad guys on the show, Gideon, is represented by the Eastern Star symbol. And, another bad guy is literally The All Seeing Eye.

I watched it with some kids last week, and I was blown away with all the secrets Disney puts in this show.
I've seen the show a few times (on my own accord, I love having cartoons on in the background when I am working) and hadn't noticed at all... I will pay more attention next time for sure!
