Eastern Europe is multiple countries that were part of the U.S.S.R so it would make sense to differentiate when giving a geographical hint.

If you posted a picture to name a city what kind of hint would you give east,west,north,south or somewhere in USA.
Romania was not part of USSR. Get your facts straight. Eastern Europe doesn't mean countries that where part of USSR.
get your hints right saying a clue thats 1 of 50 countries is too broad.
