I recently finished coloring a second octopus. The first octopus I colored a while back is the teal-ish colored one. The second is the other one you see here. Haha.
Both came from the same book by Tim Jeffs, his first book;he now has five volumes out. He is an amazing artist and studies animals from a scientific standpoint. He draws lifelike animals, insects, reptiles, etc that he has seen first hand.
Below I will show you each octopus in detail.
Typically octopuses blend into their environments allowing them to catch prey easily. Some are colorful, others aren't and many can change colors like chameleons. I learned octopuses is the correct plural word, not "octupi."
Thanks for visiting. Comments always welcome.
Nice, I love the first one, color and pattern outstanding. 😊
Thanks! Means alot:)
