Looking at the image I am compelled to figure out exactly what it is. Is it some sort of reflection, a reverse image of a hallway, a down low picture of open railings in a building. Am I at the fair or an amusement park at night or could it possibly be the stage of a concert from a different angle. The guesses are endless and the answer really doesn't matter. The flashes of light and the colours keep drawing my eyes in different direction and it's hard to focus on one particular part.
