Greetings Steemians! Today I would like to share with you all the verses I found that pertain to the harvest of the Lord. Hopefully by reading these alongside eachother, God's heavenly harvest plan will become even more clear for you in your walk. Some verses pertain to a visible and material harvest, and others pertain to the spiritual planting and harvesting we can all partake in as Christians.
What a great illustrator our God is! He has planted so many clear symbols with meanings throughout the Bible that it becomes impossible for a child of God to become bored with the Word. Everytime I go back to the Word, I learn something new and find new connections. The Bible is one story; it is all about God gathering his eternal family, a.k.a the HARVEST.
May these verses be a blessing to you during your time of prayer and prayerful meditation throughout the day!
"While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease." (Genesis 8:22)
"You shall sow your land for six years and gather in its yield, but on the seventh year you shall let it rest and lie fallow, so that the needy of your people may eat; and whatever they leave the beast of the field may eat. You are to do the same with your vineyard and your olive grove."
(Exodus 23:10-11)
"You shall work six days, but on the seventh day you shall rest; even during plowing time and harvest you shall rest.
(Exodus 34:21)
"When you reap the harvest of your land, moreover, you shall not reap to the very corners of your field nor gather the gleaning of your harvest; you are to leave them for the needy and the alien. I am Yahweh your God." (Leviticus 23:22)
With the fruit of a man's mouth his stomach will be satisfied; He will be satisfied with the product of his lips.
(Proverbs 18:20)
You shall multiply the nation, You shall increase their gladness; They will be glad in Your presence As with the gladness of harvest, As men rejoice when they divide the spoil. (Isaiah 9:3)
Those who sow in tears shall reap with joyful shouting. He who goes to and fro weeping, carrying his bag of seed, Shall indeed come again with a shout of joy, bringing his sheaves with him.
(Psalm 126:5-6)
Also, O Judah, there is a harvest appointed for you, When I restore the fortunes of My people. (Hosea 6:11)
"I will surely snatch them away," declares Yahweh; "There will be no grapes on the vine And no figs on the fig tree, And the leaf will wither; And what I have given them will pass away." (Jeremiah 8:13)
Then Jesus said to His disciples, "The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. "Therefore beseech the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest." (Matthew 9:37-38)
Allow both to grow together until the harvest; and in the time of the harvest I will say to the reapers, "First gather up the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them up; but gather the wheat into my barn." (Matthew 13:30)
"Do you not say, 'There are yet four months, and then comes the harvest'? Behold, I say to you, lift up your eyes and look on the fields, that they are white for harvest. "Already he who reaps is receiving wages and is gathering fruit for life eternal; so that he who sows and he who reaps may rejoice together." (John 4:35-36)
Or is He speaking altogether for our sake? Yes, for our sake it was written, because the plowman ought to plow in hope, and the thresher to thresh in hope of sharing the crops. If we sowed spiritual things in you, is it too much if we reap material things from you? (1 Corinthians 9:10-11)
Let us not lose heart in doing good, for in due time we will reap if we do not grow weary. (Galatians 6:9)
All discipline for the moment seems not to be joyful, but sorrowful; yet to those who have been trained by it, afterwards it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness. (Hebrews 12:11)
And the seed whose fruit is righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace. (James 3:18)
And another angel came out of the temple, crying out with a loud voice to Him who sat on the cloud, "Put in your sickle and reap, for the hour to reap has come, because the harvest of the earth is ripe." Then He who sat on the cloud swung His sickle over the earth, and the earth was reaped.
(Revelation 14:15-16)

Yes, and Jesus is the Truth.
As a muslim i respect all religions in the world and for me(: Islam:) is the truth
Islam is a doctrine from demonic forces. Islam claims that its god spoke through the torah and the gospels. That is false. And Mohammad was not a good man. Acts17Apologetics is a Youtube channel that has debates between Christians and Muslims. It also teached alot about Islam. I know alot about islam, and I live with a muslim family at the moment. Allah is an ancient pagan moon goddess, and Mohammad was in relationship with demonic entities. Jesus Christ loves you friend and wants you to join his family. He will save you if you ask Him, He is mighty and loving.
Only Islam can save me and all the mankind and can lead us to straight path
