Hi Steemers, here is a couple of quick plein air paintings from my friends farm. I love the peaceful atmosphere there. We went for a quick visit in the past picked up some fresh organic produce.
While my girl had a nap I managed to paint two quick sketches. It was very fast and simple, but I love the memory of being there and enjoying the tranquility.

Oink oink. I'm always so impressed when I see people do plein air paintings with nice brushwork. I have always felt like it just takes me too long to set up and way too long to mix paint to do something like that. Great job
Thanks for your comment, I do appreciate it. After some practice, it gets easier, and faster. Just remember to keep it simple, dont overdo it. I learned a lot from plein air painting, and it brings me the greatest joy to work outdoors. Its very inspiring, it gets my creative juices flowing, and sometimes can be very rewarding. You never know what you find, I always feel like I just gotta do it just get out there and paint, its like breathing fresh air to the lungs.
