Earth House for the Arts North Tonawanda New York.
Its a throwback to the 1960's when little small shops were the mainstay
of sales. Names like Grateful Dead and Jefferson Airplane were on the eyes and ears of all who lived in this unique area. it was a whole new generation, called Hippies, or love Children. Concerts did not have a price tag to see these acts., except big renovated old buildings like the Fillmore West and others. The promotion came with beautifully created posters, showing the names, like Big Brother and the Holding Company, featuring acts like Janice Joplin and Jimmy page who then was in a band out of England called the YardBirds.

In a small area in San Fransisco, was called Height Asbury.
It was called the Hippy movement, and people would do crafts arts and many original paintings, and sell to the people that lived and visited the area.bandicam 2019-06-06 00-54-13-340.jpg
I lived in this era, it was fantastic, to have invited new bands like Chocolate Watchband, The Other side, and San Jose hit group The Syndicate of Sound who had the national hit song "Hey Little Girl" I had the pleasure of being involved with.
Plus a recording I did with Leslie Knutson on Hush Records called "I Like that Girl". Under the name of Gerry and Leslie. I assisted in the creation of a Roller Rink to Contential Auditorium and brought many of the groups from San Fransico to Santa Claire California.
