One thing I like about going through pictures which I capture during my travels or clicked randomly is that they are great source of inspiration and ideas. I always click “extra” pictures when I am at a new place because it serves me later in my art exercises. Well, most of them do :)
Today I was going through my pictures from my trip to Pokhara a year ago when me and my family chose the worst moment to get ice creams (it was cold and then it started to rain making it worse) all of which were these gorgeous pastel colored. I swear I bought those ice creams purely because of how pretty they looked lol. But it is a funny memory now for all of us now. Anyway the colors inspired the background and pattern for my illustrations today.
An art work is just like a diary. Keep it for years, go back and check and you will remember what happened during that period of creation or what inspired you.

True! It also feels nice to remember the feeling with which we might have created something :)
