Hey guys!!
Last month, I came across this really cool art project called the The Sketchbook Project. I found about this project through a page in Facebook by the name - United ArtSpace.
I am so thrilled to participate in this project as I have heard of something like this for the first time and I really love their concept!
So, basically the deal is that you get a blank sketchbook (5" x 7") with a specific barcode that must be filled up by March 31st, 2018 and will be a part of their exhibition in the month of June. The books have already been available for orders and registrations. Their is no limitation as to who can participate i.e. it is open for all.
The sketchbooks that are being sent are identical and once sent back, will be a part of Brooklyn Art Library's permanent collection!! The barcode will enable you to be connected with your book no matter where you are as you will be notified whenever someone views your book.

Along with this, I will also be joining the Inktober Challenge this time. Both of them are completely new to me and I can barely contain my excitement now!!!!!!!!! :D Let me know who is gonna participate and if anybody has participated before. Please let me know if you guys have some other interesting projects to share :)

I met the founder of the project when i went to bonnaroo arts and music festival :)
I got one of the sketchbook to participate on it. So far i only have a portrait up on the sketch book. I posted the picture on my blog here.
