His name RA-EL is a fulfillment of Revelation 19:13:

But you also will find a clue in 2 chronicles 7:14
if My people, upon whom My name is called, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek My face, and turn from their evil ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
So his people are IS RA EL, so his name is called upon HIS people. When you see his video when HE addressed the Worlds Rabbis, you would know that he is pissed about HIS people! So Ra as evil or bad is actually not far from truth, as he said "Your Birthright is nullified!".
