The Bridgehouse is located in an Ontario wooded valley, designed and built by Peru-based Llama Urban Design.
Located in wild and remote area, this construction is a sustainable approach to contemporary architecture with a very low ground impact and the use of local wood. The interior is large and open-plan to make the most of the view of the surrounding forest. It obviously draws its name from its bridge-shaped architecture, the horizontal volume spanning the gap.
