Cool, when was the building built? Was the building always used for that museum?
Building was built in the middle of 18 century, and was part of Biology faculty until 1953. Then Biology faculty was relocated in the new building on Leninskiye Gory and from that time building in the center of Moscow is the Zoological museum only.
