PBU and also Prefabricated Volumetric Construction (PPVC) are quite normal in Singapore if I am not mistaken? Still, it subjects to further detailed costing (materials, labors and transportation). However, I believe that this kind of project will definitely gain popularity when it really brings the right value to the people. Like for us, with an architecture background, we tend to appreciate this kind of home but I am still not sure how welcoming it is to the others.
