@stamato, it's caused by display width. The form is responsive. Meaning that if the display width is less than 1280px, it moves the Preview below the edit form. If you're using the same computer, a common cause of this is Ctrl+, which increases zoom. Effectively reducing the width of your display. So, if that is the cause, Ctrl- will fix it. Also, make sure the browser window is maximized.
