Mi viaje a los Altos de Veracruz // My trip to the Altos de Veracruz

Feliz tarde queridos lectores. Les compartiré un viaje que hice un par de meses a un lugar muy bonito con mi familia.

Happy afternoon, dear readers. I will share with you a trip I made a couple of months ago to a very nice town with my family.

Este viaje fue por celebrar el cumpleaños de una tía por parte de mi padre, lo planificamos 1 mes antes de su cumpleaños, planificamos las compras, los días, y muchas cosas.

This trip was to celebrate an aunt's birthday on my father's side, we planned it 1 month before her birthday, we planned the shopping, the days, and many things.

El día llegó y emprendimos el viaje hacia un pueblo llamado Sanare, nos fuimos en caravana con mi familia y algunos amigos de mi tía. Fue un viaje de aproximadamente 2 horas, luego de tantas curvas y un gran camino largo en carretera llegamos.

The day arrived and we started our journey to a village called Sanare. We went in a caravan with my family and some friends of my aunt. It was a trip of about 2 hours, after so many curves and a long road we arrived.

Principalmente llegamos a hospedarnos en casa de un gran amigo de mi tía donde primero arreglamos todo, limpiamos y ordenamos la casa y nuestras cosas. Ese día estuvimos allí celebrando el cumpleaños de mi tía, cocinando, conversando y divirtiendonos, luego cantamos el cumpleaños de mi tía con una torta, seguimos conversando hasta que nos fuimos a dormir.

We mainly came to stay at a great friend of my aunt's house where we first arranged everything, cleaned and tidied up the house and our things. That day we were there celebrating my aunt's birthday, cooking, talking and having fun, then we sang my aunt's birthday with a cake, we kept talking until we went to sleep.

Al día siguiente nos despertamos temprano ya que íbamos a los Altos de Veracruz a conocer un gran hotel. Desayunamos todos en una gran mesa y 1 hora después nos fuimos... Llegamos al hotel y se veía muy bonito y lujoso.

The next day we woke up early as we were going to the Altos de Veracruz to visit a great hotel. We all had breakfast at a big table and 1 hour later we left... We arrived at the hotel and it looked very nice and luxurious.

Nos dejaron entrar a conocer y empezamos a caminar a tomarnos fotos y observar el gran paisaje.

They let us in and we started to walk around taking pictures and observing the great landscape.

Todos nos tomamos fotos y pasamos unas horas allí.

We all took pictures and spent a few hours there.

Luego se nos hizo tarde y teniamos que volver a nuestra ciudad y a nuestras casas, así que decidimos irnos temprano ya que a mi padre se le dificulta un poco ver de noche.
Luego de 2 horas más de camino de regreso a nuestras casa finalmente llegamos. Nos fue muy bien y compartimos mucho como familia.

Then it got late and we had to go back to our town and our homes, so we decided to leave early as it was a bit difficult for my father to see at night.
After 2 more hours on the way back to our homes we finally arrived. We did very well and shared a lot as a family.
