He estado muy ausente por estos mundos, la verdad he tenido mucho trabajo, sobre todo con la ayuda que ofrecí al sector gastronómico de mi estado,pues ayudé a materialización de las Validaciones de cocineros, chefs, pasteleros y panaderos. Logré cumplir con mis objetivos.
I have been very absent from these worlds, the truth is that I have had a lot of work, especially with the help that I offered to the gastronomic sector of my state, since I helped materialize the Validations of cooks, chefs, pastry chefs and bakers. I managed to meet my goals.
Fue una tarea dura, estresante, fuerte ya que debía lidiar con muchas personalidades muy fuertes de carácter y con unos lineamientos profesionales muy definidos pero logré aguantar y terminé con mi tarea aun cuando faltan algunos detalles pero ya de firmas y sellos.
It was a tough, stressful, and tough task since I had to deal with many very strong personalities of character and with very defined professional guidelines but I managed to endure and finished my task even though some details are missing but already signatures and stamps.
Debo decir que disfruté muchísimo sobre todo el día de la evaluación práctica que debían tener los participantes, y aun cuando se suponía que mi trabajo allí sería el de organizar las salidas de los platillos, me tocó hasta emplatar y lavar platos. Todos nos apoyamos y ayudamos para que ese día estuviera a la altura, y lo estuvo. Fui feliz.
I must say that I really enjoyed the whole day of the practical evaluation that the participants had to have, and even though my job there was supposed to be to organize the outputs of the dishes, I even had to plate and wash dishes. We all supported and helped each other so that that day was up to the task, and it was. I was happy.
El día de la graduación estuvo hermoso, de hecho me tocó dar un discurso que lo escribí con el corazón en la mano y me sentí muy complacida a pesar de algunos inconvenientes presentados que son normales en ese tipo de eventos. Fue una ceremonia muy delicada y linda, muy emotiva y me encantó ver cumplir los sueños de todos los participantes allí.
The graduation day was beautiful, in fact I had to give a speech that I wrote with my heart in my hand and I was very pleased despite some inconveniences that are normal in this type of event. It was a very delicate and beautiful ceremony, very emotional and I was delighted to see the dreams of all the participants come true there.
Ahora solo queda buscar las firmas y sellos de los colaboradores para dar fin a la jornada gastronómica y académica del estado. Espero que este próximo año sea menos estresante porque ya sabemos como hacer este evento, ya tenemos un camino recorrido y ya esta la experiencia sobre el tema.

Espero además poder seguir escribiendo por aquí o tener el tiempo ya que es diciembre y es el mes en el que más se trabaja en cocina.

I hope this next year will be less stressful because we already know how to do this event, we already have a long way to go and the experience on the subject has already been completed.
