BIG FIGHT with Apple??

It's been a while watching Louis posting about fixing computer and his content mainly concerned about too many Apple's hardware dis ingenuity as "Leaders of most beautiful computer ". https://www.youtube.com/user/rossmanngroup
He's so blunt and really professional when it comes to fixing computer, his video are without "hard editing" you can judge his own effortless way dealing with this stuff. He's not baseless when judging something.

And then couple of weeks ago this video is published:

This video mainly telling about how Apple's behaving against its own customer interest, tyrannically. Its basically tells customer to "f*ck off" when they're going to fix computer to get them buy a new one, Apple charge overwhelming price for a minuscule damage.

I know this scandal will only get bigger as the new Ipad Pro comes out. -That's what I thought

Maybe because Louis is so loud with his voice, Apple/"some fanatic fanboys" can't let it slip.
#Apple is against its consumers? Do tyrant company really exist?

Louis avow he never gets this kind of problem before the publish of CBC-reportage.

WHAT IS SO IMPORTANT ABOUT THIS

It goes back to "the right to repair" and it's environmentally friendly, I wonder myself why is always company seemingly pro about destroying earth, with planned-obsolescence (consumtivism) policy. Don't let your mind wander about this definition in wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Consumerism, that main definition is really FALSE . Consumerism is originally introduced as "the concept that the marketplace itself is responsible for ensuring social justice through fair economic practices." Note the word "consumer".

We all hope the best for humanity, as for the writer of course will be on Louis side in this one.
