Couple days ago, Apple has released 2 new products and updated couple of there existing products. They have updated their Macbook Pro with the new Kaby Lake Processor and they released there brand new OS, Macos High Sierra. I wouldn't really say they have updated but I guess it's fine. They also updated the Apple Watch like usual with some extra features that people don't need... They did also bring some new updates to the iMac. They added brand new 7th Gen or Kaby lake Intel Processors. Comes with a i5 or i7 option. The Base model of the iMac is really nothing interesting but when you mov down the line, you see a big improvement. On the 21.5" iMac, we get options like a Retina 4K display. You can choose between the brand new i5 or i7 Processors, Very powerful. The Base model comes with 8 GB of 2133 MHZ DDR4 Ram but is upgradable to 16GB. Nothing Special but when you look a the other options, you see that you can upgrade the mac to 32 GB 2400MHZ DDR4 Ram, pretty fast! There are 3 models for the 21.5" iMac. 2 of them come with a standard 1 TB 5,400RPM Hard Drive and the other model comes with a 1 TB Fusion drive/SSD and these are all upgradable. Now the Graphics, the 1st model of the 21.5" comes with the Intel Iris Plus 640 Graphics but when you look at the others, you see a significant change. The other 2 models come with a Brand New AMD Radeon 555 or Radeon 560 which are really powerful. Now the 27" iMac, I would have to say, this is one of the best Macs I've ever seen so far. It Comes with a default Retina 5K display at 5120*2880 resolution. The Processors are also a great choice, you have a option between a 7th Generation Intel Core i5 or i7. These Processors are the flagship processors for each line. Each iMac comes with a standard 8GB 2400MHZ DDR4 Ram. Each are upgradable to 16, 32 or 64 GB. The best part is, each one of these 27" iMacs are user-accessible, meaning that you could upgrade the Ram yourself. Next, the storage, 2 of the 27" comes with a standard 1 TB Fusion Drive and the other model comes with a 2TB Fusion Drive. 2 of these models are upgradable to 256, 512, 1TB, 2 TB SSD or a 3TB Fusion Drive. The Other model can only be upgraded to a 256, 512, 1 TB SSD and a 2 TB Fusion Drive. The Graphics are really amazing! One iMac comes with a AMD Radeon 570 with 4 GB of VRAM, the other comes with a Radeon 575 with 4 GB of VRAM and the last one comes with a Radeon 580 with 8GB of VRAM! Pretty Outstanding! Now, lets get onto the new products. I'll start of with the iMac Pro. This is the flagship model of the iMac. It comes with the brand new AMD Radeon Vega which still hasn't been released. They are including workstation grade processors, 8, 10 and 18 Core Intel Xeon Processors. The storage is only available with the option of flash storage with 1 TB to 4 TB. The Memory is also a lot, starts at 32 GB and is configurable to 128 GB of DDR4 ECC Memory. The iMac Pro is just like the Mac Pro but the iMac Pro is the flagship model as of right now. The regular high-end iMac is already great for the average consumer but looks like Apple wants to have one of the best desktops on the market. Next year, they are releasing the new Mac Pro with upgraded specs and might be something similar to this. Now, for the best part according to Apple, the HomePod. Just another copy of the Amazon Echo but with apparently the "New Sound of Home". It comes with Siri Interaction, similar to Alexa. It has a really good built in speaker for small to large rooms. It comes with one of their older processors, the A8 Chip. They did just release the A11X, don't know why they didn't add that... I think the HomePod looks way better than the Amazon Echo or the Google Home but I think Apple was just a little to late. I feel that they are actually running out of ideas. The iMac Pro, they already have the Mac Pro, why not just upgrade the Mac Pro and leave iMac be. The HomePod is really nothing different compared to the Amazon Echo, but the HomePod only connects to Apple Devices with AirPlay built in. These Products are most likely to be overpriced like most of their products but after all, they are Apple. I would say that most of these products are worth it like the brand new iMac and iMac Pro( I just really like the specs) but I don't think the others were needed.
