Autumn joy - app'e pie "5"

Less is more, and this could be said both about beloved autumn and my favorite apple pie "5". Why five? - to remember and count ingredients next time without reading recipe once again. And I promisse - there will be many next times. Absolutely melting in mouth, soft and fulfilling house of autumn fragrances pie.

Ingredients:
5 large eggs
5 table spoons of brown sugar
5 table spoons of olive oil
5 table spoons of sugar powder
5 table spoons of wheat flour
5 pinches of ground cinnamon
5 apples, of course

Health wise you can use different flour, such as oat or full grain, but for the best result and little sin, use wheat one.

First separate yolks and whites, bowl with whites place into refrigerator. Cut apples into squares, I usually use not peeled fruits. Mix yolks, add brown sugar, oil and finally add flour and pour the dough into baking tray. The best one is silicone with removable board. Place pieces of apples on top, lightly push into dough and sprinkle cinnamon on it.

Place tray in to the oven and switch it to 180C and leave for baking for t35 minutes. Use baking time to whipe whites. Mix it with mixer on slow speed first, when it becomes very white - spoon after spoon add sugar powder and finally use biggest speed tio whipe whites to hard.

Take out the tray and place whites on top of pie, gently tickle top with fork and return tray to the oven. Bake for 15 more minutes, but keep an eye if whites are not becoming too brown. Swich off heat and leave over closed until cooled, do not open the door as it will cause falling figure of whites down.

Serve cooled with tea or coffe.
