You would have been proud of me. I did some ice fishing for lake trout myself last week in my wedswalk post https://steemit.com/hive-114105/@zekepickleman/wednesdaywalk-in-a-winter-wonderland

Much smaller scale with less mountainous grandeur but magical experience nonetheless. I pulled up the biggest trout of the day but it was only a few pounds so we put it back.

If I loved having my face online in video, I would be trying to emulate your awesome vlog and personality from up in the great white north. Another great experience for me and I am glad I followed you so many years ago.
