Everybody has this Power and ir varies from user depending if they bought Tokens from an ICO or from the Appics post rewards from the past 2 weeks. You should be able to have this APX power once you have posted, this is actually where your post rewards from each week go to after 7 days of posting.
I forgot to mention that the more power you have. The more influece you have on the platform because your votes will be higher to other creators posts.
You will get 65% of that reward 7 days after you posted and it will be sent to APX Power directly. To get liquidity of that Reward you have to power down your power once you get that reward. The remaining 25% goes to the people who voted for you and the rest 10% goes to the Appics Ecosystem. In the beginning its complex to understand but you will get it with practice.

Many factors make the rewards change. First, the more token distribution, the rewards are spread and reduced, second: the crypto market value, this week most token value has decreased and one more which is many users have used a lot of there Appics Power I mentioned you before, and the more you vote, your vote value goes down and I always suggest to wait until it recharges again automatically.

So now I have my last photo rewarded for $77 and I can exchange them for APX power?
