Hmm looking good :) Why r u doing keto? I have a loot of great experiences with high fat diet altho I've never had meat for breakfast :D fish or eggs are fine but meat just feels weird from some reaosn :D

This was my dinner. :) I'm doing keto to improve my health, increase my energy level, lose some extra weight and reduce body fat percentage. I started in late 2018 and I'm loving it so far! Everybody's commenting on how much better I look these days and on the energy I radiate. I cannot recommend this diet enough.
