It will be useful at level 4+ when you get supersneak and melee mayhem rulesets.. this dwarf will work nicely. Just beware if you see a spinedback turtle which thorny at the back or front of water splinter.. this boy will die easily.

Seen some of the top players running this due to the blast damage at higher levels, but yeah it's a bit squishy with only 1 HP
I also unfamiliar with its usage.
