I do my workout almost everyday ( except for the days I sleep in ) at 5/530 am .... starts my day ... I’ve gotten so used to it ... I get upset when I can’t get up for it . ... I have a long way to go tho to get to where you are ... I love food too much . lol

Btw... as a New Yorker and Yankee fan ... I ❤️ The hat !

I love food too 😏 but once you see results, you want to support that so a change in my nutrition came automatically. I am actively doing sports since I was 3 years old. It’s all about the mindset! And yeah, the Yankee hat is one of my favorites 😌
