The rules or conditions that determine what conditions of damage are eligible for warranty repairs, replacement parts, turnover thoroughly, or can not be repaired at all let alone replaced.

However, the most interesting part lies in the section in the picture above which contains the types of iPhone damage and its repair category.

The first is the screen. Apple has a policy to repair and even replace the damaged iPhone screen. But the damage is still minimal and as long as there is no damage in the frame. If found, then the user will be charged repair.

For the record, although the iPhone has a minimal level of damage, but there are certain parts that are not original goods alias has been replaced, then Apple will not provide repair services for the iPhone. Conversely, if there is an iPhone that is a product failed because it can not function properly or defective when it was purchased, Apple will automatically give a warranty in the form of a replacement with a new item.
