Priorities much?

Where are all the walkouts over bullied children, whom to the extent are bullied so badly they feel the need to shoot up their school. Where is the outrage there? Or the fact the majority of them are on psychotropic medication. I mean per media focus of course as it was necessary to point tjat detail out of course. Where is this outrage?
