Overview
Anonymous Bitcoin is an advancement of the technology of both the Bitcoin and ZClassic blockchain through a co-fork of both cryptocurrencies. The only way to participate in this fork and receive ANON is by being in
possession of the underlying BTC and ZCL cryptocurrencies.

The Technology (Anonymity &
Masternodes)
ANON is incorporating two main features as part of its core protocol. First and foremost is the addition of MIT’s zero-knowledge proof’s (zk-SNARK) shielded transactions. The second core feature that is being implemented is staking through masternodes. The objective is to build a secure coin with privacy features. The community is riddled with projects that have made technical decisions irrespective of any obvious sound logic.

Bitcoin’ s lack of privacy is what spawned this project to begin with. Adding technologies like zk-SNARKs to the Bitcoin blockchain through a hard fork will afford those holding BTC the ability to transact anonymously using their newly forked ANON. Those same individuals holding BTC will
also be afforded the opportunity to stake their ANON, allowing for a daily return based on the total number of masternodes held and the number of transactions on the blockchain.

The only way to participate in this fork and receive ANON is by being in possession of the underlying BTC and ZCL cryptocurrencies. Hodlers participating in the ANON fork will receive 1:1 ratio on September 10, 2018. The circulating supply at the time of the fork will be about 24M, the max total supply of ANON will be 31.5M. A composite list of supporting exchanges will be announced by August 15, 2018. Multiple top five exchanges by total volume will be targeted for listing of both ZCL and ANON.
