In Dragon Ball Super's latest preview for episode 123 and the new ending(Lagrima) it depicts the prince of all saiyans in Super saiyan blue but with the hair more sleeker,sharper and darker, like more of a royal blue. What could this be? I believe it is either a bit of ultra instinct and super saiyan blue combined, Super Saiyan Blue 2, or mastered super saiyan blue. What do you think?

I think it's a way to remasterize the power of super saiyan blue. Since in the manga appears a super saiyan blue full power of goku, but it is all the power concentrated within his body. In vegeta we can notice that in its new phase of super saiyan the power expels it. So it's a very disguised way of remastering the ugly old drawing of the super saiyan blue.
