1. Suna suna no mi
Suna Suna no Mi is a logia type devil fruit that allows users to create, control, and transform into sand elements. "Suna" means "sand" in japanese. This power is owned by the former Shichibukai, Sir Crocodile, also known by its Baroque Works code, "Mr. 0".
The use of its power was first shown, but not explained, used to dry the flowers in a glass during a call between Crocodile and Sanji in Little Garden. The power of the fruit is finally fully demonstrated in the battle between Crocodile and Puppu pirates
Strengths and Weaknesses
The fruit is quite strong, even among Logia, as it allows a greater variety of capabilities rather than just simple element control (probably due to intensive training). Power allows the user to locate the sands of suction sand, creating a large sandstorm or absorbing the liquid. It is also the first and only known type of Logia that can ward off its own natural weakness, and even become stronger in the desert.
This power allows the user to turn into instantaneous sand and control it. Crocodile has trained himself to turn into sand with reflexes and thus be able to avoid abrupt attacks (untrained logia users generally tend not to have time to transform to avoid attacks).
Attack Technique
Desert Spada(デザート・スパーダ) Dezāto Supāda, literally translated as "Desert Sword"): Crocodile transforms his right hand into a sand knife and throws it forward. The blades move fast in the sand, cutting anything in front of them, including rocks or solids.
Desert Girasole (デザート・ジラソーレ) Dezāto Jirasōre literally translated as "Desert Sunflower"): Crocodile creates another blade from his right hand with Desert Spada, then pierces it into the ground causing the area in front of it to collapse and forming a giant sand hole.
Barjan (バ ル ハ ン Baruhan, literally translated as "Crescent"): Crocodile swung his right arm forward leaving a sickle-shaped sand trail behind. Anything affected will lose its moisture and become dry due to dehydration.
