Unfortunately I've never been a fan of anime but I do loved to watch cooking shows.
To be honest I didn't even know there were cooking anime shows which probably would be more suitable for that early age. Perhaps I would understand the techniques easier and cooking would become one of my passions too.
I'm happy to see that there were such TV shows which actually can influence its young audience by doing something interesting and not only by spending a lot of hours in the front of TV and I'm also glad to see that cooking became a beautiful passion that you have. :)

Cooking Master boy was an awesome influence and aside from the wacky expressions of the people there where some history of Chinese Cuisine and its influences that made it interesting as well as educational.
It is a great way to educate young children with an anime. The Japanese are big in educating their kids even with shows and food. They have this whole line of snacks that also educate kids.
