Hit is a 1000 year old martial artist and assassin with the ability to manipulate time at will. He can move back and forth through a time space and stop time for as long as Ten minutes. He can also choose whose time to be stopped.
Despite being an assassin, he has a reputation of always letting his targets know of his presence by meeting them face to face and always achieves his goal with a single strike.
