Kyubi attack that occurred on Tobi's control and when Kushina gave birth must be his responsibility as a hokage.
He sealed half the kyubi into himself with a Shinigami that culminated in his death. For Konoha he is a hero.

Minato is my favorite character in Naruto. He was perfect. He was faster than AY and was as-or more-intelligent as shikamaru. Didn't like the part where kishi brought him back and ruined his rep.
