Nature, the best "natural remedy" that has healing power for our minds and souls. To live happy and healthy, we need to be at peace with our surroundings and be able to enjoy the beauty that surrounds us. Nature gives us that silence, the peace and beauty without limits that we need to look for a balance. It is a free and efficient therapy for our stressed lives.

      Every time I take a break in this busy life and in favor of thanking what I have lived, I look for destinations that allow me that serenity to reflect and pray in these convulsive times; I stop to observe everything beautiful that we have around us, which is worth a lot and does not cost anything! just "use your senses" But I always return to the same place, the one that knows me since I was in my mother's belly ... a naturally beautiful place, only two hours from Caracas, little known and little "violated" by the human being; although unfortunately nearby residents do not discard it to occasionally do their misdeeds, but which site is 100% safe? Not one's house! On the other hand, as Dante said: "Nature is the art of God."

      So the road started via Oriente, a really dangerous road but I will never stop admiring the nature that surrounds it, those natural tunnels that make trees, those natural scents ... Once here, we begin to enjoy and remember that not everything around us is chaos and anarchy, that what makes us miserable (although it sounds hard) is not abroad. At this point I am grateful to be, to be, to have, to win, to lose, to try, to err, to know, to feel ... my eyes begin to "see new colors" again, those who have read me They know that I have shared some reflections that touch our soul and humanity; I needed to recover mine.

      It was bath time, to enjoy, to laugh and even to cry. We set out to celebrate the 15 years of ¡Chispa! that special being that came into our lives to change them and make us better people. As she enjoys the sea, what better time to enjoy as a family.
