The difficult situation of my country has wreaked havoc on everything, because not only do we see animals in the dumps but whole families, from children to old people looking for something to put in their mouths, and it's horrible! but on that subject I'll talk later.

"Humans", in quotation marks, because I do not consider that it should be called human to someone who sentences the life of a defenseless animal.

There are two perspectives of this situation, let's see ... A family of medium resources, in its time, adopted a beautiful puppy, raised and cared until they were difficult to keep and, without thinking, took him to a desolate place or some far road and they got rid of him, like an old piece of furniture that hindered him. The other side is the family of fewer resources that had a pet alike but, mostly, without care culture, which used to take away only the remains from lunch and now ... Well, you can imagine it!

Whatever the circumstances of each family with their animals, the abandonment has no justification. It is the most cruelty act towards them.

A dog that was domesticated and then abandoned can not use its own resources; Many are run over, tortured, or get sick and simply die.

Yes, there are solutions if you really have a bit of soul towards our animals. Obviously for the ignorant and ruthless it is easier to throw him out on the street than to try to keep him.

And I got to the point I wanted: Ignorance

That disgusting quality that sometimes goes beyond not knowing something but, even knowing it, acts in the worst way for its own benefit without thinking about its consequences.
