Monitor Lizard

Nile Monitors are big, impressive and powerful reptiles that can reach lengths of 1.5 metres or more. Colour-wise, they’re a dark grey/black colour, with yellow spots and stripes all over the body.

Nile monitors are carnivores with an almost insatiable appetite, they are renowned for eating just about anything they can overpower or find as carrion.
