2 cups milk

Method :
Carrot Pudding is a perfect dessert recipe, which you can make in few minutes with the help of readily available ingredients. To make it, first put a tablespoon of milk and saffron in a small bowl and keep it aside.
Now on a low flame, mix milk and carrots in a pan, mix well and boil. If you want to make your recipe crunchy, then dry roast the nuts and add them to the recipe.
After this, when the milk comes to a boil, then add saffron and boil it again till the milk dries up. When the milk dries, add mawa to it and stir, so that the mawa also combines with the asani in the halwa. Now add ghee to it and cook for 10 minutes.
